Jenny and Dominique created an outstanding Wim Hof Method Retreat in Switzerland! The experience was incredible: blending mountains, breathing, cold exposure and deep connections.

In my personal development journey, I joined many communities, including Tony Robbins, Mindvalley, the Biohacker’s center, and now the Wim Hof community. By writing these words, I realize that it is the most complete event that I have ever experienced combining many dimensions that I love: hiking in the Alps, challenging myself and transcending what I think is possible as well as connecting deeply with people from different and interesting backgrounds.

We are multicultural, Swiss born Wim Hof Method instructors (and an engaged couple! ) who have been practicing the method since 2018.

Dominique is also a certified Breath Master Coach and an Oxygen Advantage Coach in training. Jenny is currently completing certifications in Somatics for the Female Nervous System and Holistic Sex for Women.

Over the years, we have guided more than 2,500 people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences through breathwork, ice baths and moments of deep reconnection to self.

Most of our students arrive with fear and leave with full open hearts, self-trust and new friends they call Family.

For us, this is not about chasing performance. Feeling is understanding. We guide you to trust sensation as wisdom so you can expand your comfort zone with safety and care.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for you if you want to feel grounded, resilient and alive — physically, mentally and emotionally.
Are there any contraindications for participation? ⚠️
Participation in this retreat requires a basic level of physical and mental health. As a precautionary principle, we do NOT recommend this experience in cases of pregnancy, epilepsy, or Raynaud's Syndrome Type II.

If you have any heart condition or other serious medical issue, you must consult a licensed medical professional and obtain written consent before participating.
What's the hiking level? ️️
This retreat includes Hiking Level 2 physical activity:

You must be capable of hiking for 4–5 hours on mountainous terrain without significant pain or injury risk. This level is suitable for intermediate hikers, but not for complete beginners.

Your safety is important to us, and your honest self-assessment and disclosure help ensure a safe and supportive experience for everyone.

Cancel on or before: April 22, 2026 (23:59 Zurich time)

*30% refund (between 8 and 4 weeks in advance)
Cancel between: April 23, 2026 and May 21, 2026 (23:59 Zurich time)

No refund from: May 22, 2026 onward (within 4 weeks of the retreat start)

How do I get there? ✈️
IMPORTANT: Riederalp is only accessible by cable car.

For international travelers:
The nearest major airport is Zurich Airport (ZRH). From there: Take the train to Brig
Transfer to the panoramic train and get off at the Mörel valley station
Take the cable car up to Riederalp

Total travel time: ~ 3 to 4 hours.

Alternative option: Geneva Airport (GVA) is also an option, but the travel time may be slightly longer (~ 4 hours).

For travelers within Switzerland:
Riederalp is easily accessible by train and cable car from all major Swiss cities.
When do we start and end the retreat? ⏰
On Thurs, June 18th, we start at 1:00 pm at the Golfhotel in Riederalp. Please check into your room beforehand.

On Sun, June 21st, we will finish at around 1:00 pm at the Golfhotel in Riederalp.
What is *not* included?
- Transport to/from Riederalp.
- Insurance: travel, cancellation, liability, health insurance, etc.
- Drinks like soda and alcoholic beverages (except water/tea).
What kind of food is served?
Varied breakfast buffet, lunch packages for daily excursions (sandwich, fruit, drink), 3-course dinners (veggie option available).
Do I need cold exposure or breathwork experience?
Nope. This is for both beginners and experienced breathers/dippers. We’ll guide you step by step, progressively and safely.
Can I come alone or with someone?
Absolutely. Many come on their own. This is a safe and heart-opening space to connect deeply with yourself... and others.

A lot of participants also choose to come with partners, family members, friends or colleagues, allowing them to deepen their relationship even further. Up to you :)
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, you can book with a CHF 720 deposit + a 2-month payment plan.
Do I have to participate in every group activity?
No. We work with the principle “feeling is understanding” and there is never any force. If at any point you feel the need to take a pause or rest, that is absolutely fine and fully respected.

That said, we gently encourage participants to give their best and, when it feels right, to step beyond perceived limitations. The key is to listen to your body and its signals rather than the mind’s stories. Everything is an invitation, never an obligation.
Can I participate in the retreat if I am not staying at the hotel, and what costs would apply?
Yes, participation in the retreat is also possible without staying at the hotel. However, we highly recommend that participants stay at the retreat hotel, as this greatly supports the overall flow of the program, timing between sessions, recovery phases, and the group dynamics that naturally develop throughout the retreat.

That said, we fully understand that some participants may already have accommodation in the area (for example, staying with family or friends free of charge). In such cases, participating without hotel accommodation is absolutely possible.

The price for the retreat program (without accommodation) is CHF 1200.–, which includes all guided sessions, workshops, group activities and meals (breakfast and dinners at the hotel, and packed lunches). Accommodation and access to hotel-specific facilities are not included unless otherwise stated.
